Smoke Salt Herein Croquet over Coconut Butter White Rice served with Plantains

      Where Heat bets sweet…… When you bite into the croquet you taste the smokiness of the fish along with herbs and seasoning. The next bite gets even more intense! The classic Caribbean  smoked woodzy fish taste”Not fishy”, the thyme, salt, pepper, green pepper, scotch Bonnet, potato, corn, onions all bend in your mouth. You even pick up the sweetness of the sautéed vegetables then the Fire hits you..wow

 A little bit of the coconut rice and a bit of plantains combined creates yet another depth…

lol  You just have to be there…
